My Pink Stamper Challenge #4 card

'I Like You The Least' is challenge #4 to pick a cartridge you don't ever use, and for me it is Accent Essentials. I'm loving these textured papers at the moment so thought I'd have a play about and see if I could find an image that matches the paper, and here it is!

A birthday cake card

It is my friends birthday next week, so this is what I have come up with, still using my bargain papers. The background paper is gorgeous with little hints of glitter in the flowers. I used the Sweet Treats cartridge for the cake, and carried on the flower theme with lovely pink roses.

My Pink Stamper Challenge #6 card

This was made for the challenge where the them was a card made by a child or for a child so I've made this one to give to a child. Really pleased how the giraffe cut as I wasn't sure whether this textured paper would be too much or not look right for a childs card, but I think it works fab. The giraffe came from New Arrival, and again I used swiss dots to emboss the white background. My first time using some ribbon but practice makes perfect!

Pink Stamper Challenge #9 - Shape Card

I'm not very good with shaped cards but here is a birthday cake card from Sweet Treats. I used a shiny chocolate coloured paper embossed with swirls to make the cake look like chocolate. I also added some lovely little pink flowers to give it a real girly feel.

My Pink Stamper Challenge #11 card

This is my entry into My Pink Stampers Challenge #11 using all colours of the rainbow. I had another go at using some of my bargain papers and made this very quick and easy card using the 'hello' cut from Lyrical Letters. I cut off the butterfly from the hello text and added a few printed flowers to add some texture to the card. The paper is glittered and looks absolutely stunning in the light.

My Pink Stamper Challenge #8 card

I made this card with the theme of a Golden Wedding anniversary in mind and the challenge from My Pink Stamper #8. I used the flower from the Sweet Treats cartridge, embossing with swiss dots one of the layers.I used foam dots just on the middle of the flower on both layers to really give it some lift and definition. I then embossed with the with love folder the ribbon effect across the card.

Bitten By The Bug 2 Challenge - Ric Rac

OMG I am getting addicted to challenges!!! Here's another one! The challenge was to use the Ric Rac cut from Plantin Schoolbook. Again, I used some of my bargain papers (must go boot fairing this sunday to find more!). I stretched the Ric Rac in DS and positioned the paper so the cut would be over the descending flowers. I then stuck with foam pads over the top like decoupage to give a 3D effect.
It was hard to show the detail in the pictures but hopefully you can see.
